At Velloura, every order is prepared with care and dispatched promptly so your ritual arrives as soon as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your ritual has been dispatched.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping options at checkout:
Standard Shipping — Free on all orders. Estimated delivery: 6 to 10 business days.
Express Shipping — $9.99. Estimated delivery: 3 to 5 business days.
Worldwide Delivery
We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom and selected countries across Europe and beyond. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at hello@shopvelloura.com.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your ritual at any time on our Track Your Order page. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
Delivery Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing or unforeseen circumstances. Velloura is not responsible for delays outside our control, but we are always here to help. Contact us at hello@shopvelloura.com if your order is significantly delayed and we will investigate.
Discreet Packaging
All Velloura orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no product branding on the exterior of the parcel. Your privacy is always protected.
