30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Items that show signs of use or are damaged will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate wellness products and opened skincare items cannot be returned. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately and we will resolve it.
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@shopvelloura.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at hello@shopvelloura.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
